Clepsydra is the rock under falling water
And the dealate angel can tell time
with a sad teardrop constructed chime
sounding off every second with the crying rain
Time is not unlike a barbed ventricle chain
lashed severely around a living heart
in multiple coils tight and ready to tear it apart
Time is python-snug in its slow deliberate suffocation
Time is here to remind us eternity is our destination
