Metensomatosis

There is a hole
in tomorrow
the size of
yesterday
and we are
all stuck
in the middle
of today
which looks
a lot like
Wednesday
almost a
Thursday
but not quite
a Tuesday,
like a wave
that swells
in the neap
of oceanic time
stuck in the
metemptosis
the day purposely
vanished,
that moment
found at
the edge of
Forever
the place
where all souls go
to prepare for
metensomatosis
That hole
in tomorrow
looks a lot
like today
and the
reflection of yesterday
and the promise of
Tomorrow…
